BLD 5699 Gasket Silicone sealant for Mechanical Equipment

Gasket sealant,oil resistance; No pollution/high frequency vibration resistance; No corrosion/high cementation strength.

                                                                     

Feature:

De-ketoxime product, with a number of features of high modulus/mildew proof/room temperature curing (neutral)/high temperature resistance/engine oil resistance/pollution-fee/high frequency vibration resistance/no corrosion/high cementation strength. It comes into being a flexible sealing layer after solidifing to replace the troditional sealing gasket. Inflame retarding: Class V-1.

Application:

1. assembling sealing for the engines and gear-box of automobiles and motorcycles;

2. Bonding surface sealing for soaking pump/valve/flange/vacuum pump/reduction box/gear box;

3. Assembling sealing for diesel engines and generator;

4. Sealing for pipe jointing.

Application enviroment:

Good cementing enviroment help the products to get the most exceptional performance,all the technical data is tested on the enviroment of ambient temperture 50°C, relative humidity 50%.Advise using our products with the ambient temperature

10-35°C , relative humidity 40%-60%.

Storage and transporation:

BLD5699 silicone sealant belongs to non-dagerous goods. The condition of stroage and transportation is in dry enviroment within temperature 4°C~27°C.Gurantee period is 12 months.
